Sisma is one of the world's foremost producers of cotton wool pleat. The group's factories produce and pack cotton wool pleat with their own trademarks, Cotoneve and Farmacotone, as well as cotton wool pleat with the private labels of many of the most important trademarks of large-scale retail and organised distribution. Sisma has always been concerned with environmental protection, with supplying maximum quality and guaranteeing hygiene for Consumers: the cotton used for cotton wool pleat production is pure 100% cotton wool pleat, bleached with hydrogen peroxide, without the use of chlorine or chlorine derivatives, and without the use of optical whiteners.
The production process for the cotton wool pleat line and its derivatives, (cotton buds, make-up remover cotton pads, cotton balls) is in accordance with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) standard. With a view to devoting increasing attention to Clients' requests for a non transgenic product, Sisma has also launched a new cotton wool pleat product on the market, produced from naturally grown plants and harvested from cultivations that are not subject to chemical and organic treatments. |
